Denominator’s Role at COP26
We are happy to announce that Denominator will be attending selected COP26 activities. To ensure a trustworthy foundation for benchmarking performance, we will provide DEI data on different industries to facilitate fact-based conversations.The COP26, taking place November 1st to 12th in Glasgow, Scotland, will bring together parties and stakeholders from governments, private sector, investors, NGOs, and activists to accelerate action towards the goals of the Paris Agreement and the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change. As we work towards creating a Net Zero economy, we must also maintain our work towards a more diverse and inclusive economy. Therefore, we are excited that COP26 is highlighting Gender and Diversity as a main theme during this year’s conference, with a dedicated DEI Day on November 9th.
DEI Day & High‑Impact Representation
DEI Day on November 9 served as a powerful reminder that building a Net Zero economy also requires a more diverse and inclusive one. Denominator’s CEO, Anders Rodenberg, was one of four speakers at the opening session of the Equality Lounge® and later joined the “Digitalization for a Sustainable Future” panel—reinforcing our dual focus on climate and inclusion.

Broader Engagement in Glasgow
In addition to DEI Day events, Denominator took part in several roundtables, dinners, and meetings at venues like The Wood House, The Goals House, The Ice Hub, and The New York Times Climate Hub. Through these channels, we shared insights and explored collaboration opportunities with partners and clients alike.
Continuing the Journey: COP28 & COP29
This post reflects our participation at COP26, but our efforts have carried forward. At COP28 (2024), we presented Denominator’s global social impact and DEI data in a major report. And at COP29 (2025), we elevated diversity and inclusion as central pillars of ESG progress—results you can see in our recap.
